Sorting Service in the incoming period
  1. Checking component’s quality status in Safe Launch phase.
    Quality management as work instruction and special request.
  2. Quality management in SOP period
    Support supplier set up Firewall and CSL1 or CSL2;
    Support supplier’s quality control and improvement.
Sorting Service in the production process
  1. Support Supplier for quality control and improvement in production line
  2. Make assessment for risky work station in production process and set up
    Firewall or Gp12(between two closed) work station for quality control.
Sorting Service in out-going period

Set firewall or rework activity for the cosmetic appearance, function test and package. Collection information which include production batch number, production date, and defect phenomenon to find out the possible cause for the problem.

Sorting Service at Customer OEMs
  1. Sorting and replacement for the risk parts in car.
  2. Sorting for the cosmetic appearance;
    Function test according to WI and customer’s request.
  3. Parts return for rejected from customer OEMs.
  4. Arrange customer service engineer to communicate with customer about the problem solving and fast response.
  5. Provide problem resolution for special case
    Eg:Defect parts re-label and inventory checking.
Rework and Repair
  1. Repair the small hole of PCB.(Need rework or repair and package)
  2. Repair burr for plastic parts
  3. Re-flash software and data-set, such as BCM, Cluster, Radio, GPS or other electronic parts.
